Method
- Season shrimp lightly with black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until just pink. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, letting sauce simmer.
- Return shrimp to pan and toss until coated and glossy.
- Serve immediately, garnished as desired.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp. Sauce thickens quickly once shrimp is added.
