Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let foam.
  2. Add oil, salt, and flour to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
  4. Press dough onto baking sheet.
  5. Brush with garlic butter and add cheese.
  6. Bake until golden and bubbly.
