  • 2 cups gluten-free wafer sheets
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Layer chocolate and wafers, repeating until layered.
  5. Chill 2 hours until set.
  6. Slice into bars and serve.
