Ingredients
  

Meat Mixture
  • 500 g ground meat beef or lamb
  • 1 onion grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare tray.
  2. Mix all meat ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Shape into loaf and bake.
  4. Rest, slice, and optionally pan-fry.
  5. Assemble wraps and serve.
