Ingredients
  

Burrito Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
  • 0.5 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Equipment

  • Nonstick skillet
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat and stir in seasoning.
  2. Warm tortillas so they are flexible.
  3. Fill tortillas with rice, beef, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
  5. Sprinkle cheese in a heated nonstick skillet and place burrito seam-side down.
  6. Grill until cheese forms a golden crust, rotating carefully.
  7. Remove, slice, and serve hot.

Notes
