  • 1.5 cups Medjool dates pitted
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate melted

Method
 

  1. Blend dates into a sticky paste.
  2. Press date mixture into a lined pan.
  3. Spread peanut butter evenly over base.
  4. Top with peanuts and press gently.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over peanuts.
  6. Chill until set, then slice into bars.
