Blondie Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon divided
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix melted butter, sugars, and honey until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  5. Spread batter into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until center is set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
