Salmon & Glaze
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce light or low sodium
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and pour the glaze over the top.
  4. Top with lemon slices and bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  5. Broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelized edges, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for best flavor. Broil briefly for golden caramelization.
