- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- Whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Place salmon in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and pour the glaze over the top.
- Top with lemon slices and bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelized edges, then garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use wild-caught salmon for best flavor. Broil briefly for golden caramelization.
