Fajitas
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  3. Toss chicken and vegetables in marinade.
  4. Spread evenly on sheet pan.

  6. Serve with tortillas and toppings.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for best flavor. Avoid overcrowding pan.
