Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Assembly
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken.
  2. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Cook chicken until fully done and caramelized.
  4. Slice chicken and prepare rice.
  5. Layer rice, chicken, and avocado into a stack.
