Sliders
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on the bottom half of rolls.
  4. Place top half of rolls over the filling.
  5. Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush butter mixture over rolls.
  7. Cover and bake until cheese melts, then uncover and bake until golden.

Notes

Best served warm while cheese is melty.
