Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 4 slices bread
  • 0.25 cup cucumber finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup carrot grated
  • 0.25 cup bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion optional, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Method
 

  1. Strain yogurt to make thick hung curd if needed.
  2. Mix hung curd with vegetables and spices.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on bread slices.
  4. Cover with another bread slice and press gently.
  5. Toast lightly if desired or serve fresh.

Notes

Use well-strained curd to prevent soggy sandwiches.
