Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb cream cheese full-fat, room temperature
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 5 eggs large, room temperature
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a springform pan with parchment.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  4. Mix in cream, vanilla, salt, and flour.
  5. Bake 45–55 minutes until deeply browned and jiggly.
  6. Cool completely, then chill before serving.

Notes

Center should remain soft and custardy.
