- Add broth and trivet to Instant Pot.
- Place brisket on trivet and add spice packet.
- Add onion and garlic.
- Cook on high pressure 70–90 minutes.
- Natural release 15 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
- Remove brisket and rest.
- Cook vegetables on high pressure 3–5 minutes.
- Slice beef and serve with vegetables.
Notes
Slice against the grain for maximum tenderness. Use broth for richer flavor.
