- Season pork chops with paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
- Set Instant Pot to Sauté, heat oil, and sear pork chops on both sides.
- Add garlic and cook briefly, then pour in chicken broth and scrape browned bits.
- Return pork chops to the pot, placing them into the broth.
- Add green beans on top of the pork chops without submerging them.
- Place butter on top of the green beans.
- Seal the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 8 minutes, then quick release.
- Remove pork chops and beans, stir in lemon juice if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For creamier sauce, add heavy cream after pressure cooking and simmer briefly.
