Ingredients
  

Soup Base
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup chicken shredded
  • 0.75 cup pastina
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Pour in broth and add chicken.
  4. Add pasta and cook until tender.
  5. Finish with Parmesan and herbs.

Notes

Add lemon juice for brightness.
