  • 500 g beef steak sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 8 tortillas

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat beef. Let sit 20 minutes.
  2. Cook beef in hot pan until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook peppers and onions until tender-crisp.
  4. Return beef, mix well, and heat through.
  5. Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.

Notes
