Ingredients
  

  • 2 count steaks ribeye or strip
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Sear steaks until browned, then flip and cook to desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest.
  5. Reduce heat, melt butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add cream and simmer gently.
  7. Stir in Parmesan and pepper until smooth.
  8. Spoon sauce over steaks and garnish with parsley.
