Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave for 60–90 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the melted cheese mixture and add eggs. Knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into 6 pieces, shape into bagels, and place on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with desired toppings.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Cool 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
