- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook 1 more minute.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread beef in casserole dish, pour egg mixture on top, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add diced pickles or bacon bits on top for extra flavor.
