Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low moisture
  • 0.75 cup almond flour fine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg large

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in almond flour and garlic powder until combined.
  4. Stir in egg while mixture is warm to form a dough.
  5. Roll dough between parchment into a rectangle and slice into breadsticks.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Notes

Best served warm. Optional butter brushing after baking.
