Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups almond flour fine
  • 0.5 cup collagen protein powder unflavored
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs with vinegar and water.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients into a smooth batter.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes until set and lightly golden.

Notes

Cool completely before slicing for best texture.
