Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp powdered keto sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Small saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Glass jar

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently over low heat, whisking until smooth.
  3. Do not boil; heat just until combined.
  4. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.

Notes

Shake before use as natural separation may occur.
