Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup water or plant milk
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Baking sheet or air fryer

Method
 

  1. Prepare batter and coat cauliflower evenly.
  2. Bake or air fry until crispy and golden.
  3. Simmer chili sauce until thick and glossy.
  4. Toss cauliflower in sauce and garnish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, return sauced cauliflower to the oven for 5 minutes.
