- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook ground beef until browned, drain fat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and vegetables. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Transfer filling to baking dish, spread mashed potatoes on top, dot with butter, sprinkle cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Great for using leftover mashed potatoes or vegetables.
