  • 2 cups turkey shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery chopped
  • 6 cups broth

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add vegetables and cook briefly.
  3. Pour in broth and add turkey.
