Ingredients
  

Lemon Brownies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest fresh
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Lemon Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour and salt just until combined.
  5. Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Cool completely, then glaze and slice.

Notes

Do not overbake for the best fudgy texture.
