Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large baking sheet.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add broccoli to the baking sheet and roast 10 minutes more.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter with garlic, lemon zest, and juice.
- Add salmon to pan, spoon lemon butter over top, and roast 10–12 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
