- Line pan with parchment paper and lightly butter.
- Melt butter over low heat in a large pot.
- Add marshmallows and stir until just melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in cereal gently until coated.
- Press lightly into pan and let set.
Notes
Do not overheat marshmallows to keep treats soft.
