Ingredients
  

  • 10 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes unwrapped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • 4 oz green candy melts for drizzle
  • red sprinkles for decorating
  • 1 tsp shortening or coconut oil optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or fork
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Mix Christmas Tree Cakes with cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Roll mixture into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
  4. Dip truffles in melted coating and place on parchment.
  5. Decorate with green drizzle and red sprinkles before coating sets.
  6. Allow truffles to set before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
