Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb frozen or fresh-cut fries
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chives or green onions chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Spread fries in a single layer and season lightly with salt.
  3. Bake fries until golden and crispy, flipping once.
  4. Top hot fries with cheddar cheese and bacon.
  5. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and finish with pepper and chives.
