Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz bucatini pasta
Sauce
  • 2 lobster tails cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup white wine optional
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • parsley for garnish
  • lemon zest for garnish

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Tongs
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add tomato paste and spices.
  4. Deglaze with wine and simmer.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook.
  6. Stir in cream and lobster.
  7. Combine pasta with sauce.
  8. Finish with butter and lemon juice.

Notes

Add pasta water gradually for perfect sauce consistency.
