Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 cup heavy cream infused with Earl Grey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups blackberries

Method
 

  1. Infuse cream with Earl Grey tea and cool.
  2. Mix cheesecake batter until smooth and pour into pan.
  3. Bake at high heat until deeply golden with jiggly center.
  4. Simmer blackberries with sugar and lemon juice to make sauce.
