  • 500 g chicken cut into chunks
  • 1 mango pureed
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add spices and cook briefly.
  3. Add chicken and brown.
  4. Pour in broth and simmer.
  5. Add mango puree and coconut milk, simmer until thick.
