  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit Layers
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 1 dragon fruit cubed

Method
 

  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  2. Blend mango into puree.
  3. Prepare dragon fruit cubes.
