  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 2 mangoes ripe
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.25 cup sugar

Method
 

  1. Boil sago pearls until translucent, then let sit covered.
  2. Rinse sago under cold water and drain.
  3. Blend mango into puree.
  4. Mix puree with coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sugar.
  5. Add sago and diced mango, stir well.
  6. Chill before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Adjust sweetness based on mango ripeness.
