Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Feta Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber grated and drained
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare feta tzatziki by mixing yogurt, cucumber, feta, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and golden.
  4. Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Warm pita bread and assemble with chicken, vegetables, and feta tzatziki.

Notes

Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor. Drain cucumber well to avoid watery sauce.
