Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can white beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Large skillet or pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add rice and toast.
  3. Add broth and cook until rice is tender.
  4. Stir in beans and finish with lemon.
