Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional: parsley or mint, chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare vegetables: halve cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, thinly slice red onion.
  2. Add Kalamata olives and crumbled feta to the vegetables.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Optional: sprinkle fresh herbs on top for extra flavor.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe vegetables and good-quality olive oil for best flavor.
