Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillets skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 tortillas flour or corn
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber grated

Equipment

  • Skillet or grill pan
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate salmon for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Cook salmon in skillet 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.
  4. Flake salmon into pieces.
  5. Assemble tacos with salmon, tzatziki, and fresh toppings.

Notes

Best served fresh with warm tortillas.
