Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 1½ lbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Topping
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; arrange in dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and topping is golden.
  6. Broil 2 minutes for extra color, rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Greek yogurt may replace part of the mayonnaise for a lighter option. Garnish with parsley for presentation.
