Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Slice chicken into strips or thin pieces for rolling.
- Place mozzarella on each chicken piece and roll tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Mix breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken rolls with melted butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and drizzle remaining butter over tops.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with ranch dressing.
Notes
Use mozzarella sticks to prevent cheese leakage.
