Ingredients
  

Chicken Bombs
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts cut into strips or thin cutlets
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded, or 6 sticks
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
Garnish
  • parsley chopped

  • Mixing bowl
  • Chef's knife
  • Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Slice chicken into strips or thin pieces for rolling.
  3. Place mozzarella on each chicken piece and roll tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush chicken rolls with melted butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place on baking sheet and drizzle remaining butter over tops.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with ranch dressing.

Notes

Use mozzarella sticks to prevent cheese leakage.
