  • 3 cups corn kernels
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped

Method
