Ingredients
  

  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 250 g ground beef or chicken
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo finely diced, optional
  • oil for frying

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook ground meat and season with taco seasoning.
  2. Mix meat with cheese and other filling ingredients.
  3. Fill and seal wonton wrappers.
  4. Fry wontons until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

These wontons can also be baked for a lighter option.
