Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup buttery crackers crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in seasonings, chicken, and shredded cheese.
  4. Spread mixture into baking dish.
  5. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
