Method
- Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the roast.
- Sprinkle au jus gravy mix over the ranch seasoning.
- Add pepperoncini peppers around and on top of the roast.
- Pour pepperoncini juice around the roast.
- Place butter pieces evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
- Shred the roast in the slow cooker and stir into the juices before serving.
Notes
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice. Leftovers reheat beautifully.
