Ingredients
  

Pot Roast
  • 3-4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 8-10 pepperoncini peppers whole
  • 0.5 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cut into pieces

Method
 

  1. Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the roast.
  3. Sprinkle au jus gravy mix over the ranch seasoning.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers around and on top of the roast.
  5. Pour pepperoncini juice around the roast.
  6. Place butter pieces evenly over the top.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
  8. Shred the roast in the slow cooker and stir into the juices before serving.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice. Leftovers reheat beautifully.
