Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.75 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook egg noodles in salted water until tender. Drain.
  2. Return noodles to pot and melt butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Serve warm.

Notes

Add extra milk if noodles thicken as they sit.
