Ingredients
  

Spaghetti Bake
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cream, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then stir in half the cheese.
  5. Combine spaghetti, chicken, and sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes
