  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Simmer water and steep butterfly pea flowers for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Strain tea into a cup.
  3. Heat milk and mix with sweetener, vanilla, and spices.
  4. Combine milk with tea and stir gently.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Add lavender or chamomile for extra calming effects.
