Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 3 tbsp warm water as needed

Method
 

  1. Toss cauliflower with oil, spices, garlic, and salt.
  2. Roast until tender and caramelized.
  3. Whisk tahini, honey, lemon juice, salt, and warm water.
  4. Drizzle sauce over cauliflower before serving.

Notes

Add sauce just before serving to maintain crisp texture.
